This article provides an analysis of related factors on consumer satisfaction\nfor the tourism real estate from the perspective of consumer behavior and\npsychological. In addition, by using structural equation model, this paper has\ncarried on an empirical research on how three factors such as tourism real\nestate construction quality, the quality of tourist attractions and tourism public\nservice quality influence on the consumersâ?? satisfaction with tourism real\nestate. The conclusion shows that above three factors have significant positive\ninfluence on customer satisfaction, and among them, the tourist attraction\nquality has maximum impact, tourism public service second and tourism real\nestate construction quality the least. The conclusion of this paper will contribute\nto the development of tourism real estate in China....
Most big companies need one or another transformation at one point of time to improve their process efficiencies or change their business model to keep up with changing times. Companies expand their operations internationally, but business units in each country continue to maintain their own legacy systems. Hence, financial data has to go through various systems before it reaches ERP system where financial and other reports are created. Presence of multiple systems in the flow of data requires multiple reconciliations and manual adjustments at various points and that brings in inefficiencies that slow down the whole process. In these competitive times, CFOs must have access to up to date financial information in order to remain ahead of the curve but unfortunately, most companies struggle to put together timely and accurate financial reports due to the complexities involved as mentioned above. This is when a company starts seeking transformation in order to consolidate various systems into one, bring standardization across the company, and eliminate manual or redundant processes. Insurance industry in particular has peculiar areas like Underwriting or Actuarial departments where pricing actuaries and underwriters finalize price of the product and reserve actuaries compute reserves for potential claims based on historical losses. The addition of these departments on top of regular departments paralyzes the reporting process further in this industry. This industry is already facing cutthroat competition and companies are making razor thin profits if at all. Companies in this industry must undergo transformation. The transport sector, having a share of about 7% in gross domestic product, represents the second category of services, after trade, of importance in the tertiary sector in Romania being at the same time an activity having a contribution to the economic growth equivalent to the agriculture. In Romania, defining for the transport activity, both in terms of volume of transport and as a contributor to adding value in this sector are the public and goods transportation. They provide the transport of 70% of passengers and 78.5% of goods transport, contributing with about 65% to the gross added value of transport. The article analyzes the current state of urban passenger transport based on statistical data processing using elementary methods such as graphical method, structural modification method, and so on. For a more complex analysis of the relationship and the interdependence between the macro-economic indicators characterizing the transport domain in Romania, econometric modeling methods made with database management and analysis programs were used (Excel, EViews). The stages of the econometric analysis used in the article taken into consideration were the following: establishing the correlation level and its intensity, identifying the function form of the data for the analyzed period, validating the obtained model, and so on. As a result of these methods of analysis, several results were obtained: the passenger urban transport is on an upward trend, based on the increased contribution of interurban and international road transport; even though road infrastructure in Romania leaves it desirable....

Data mining clustering technology is used to analyze the characteristics of usersâ?? mobile behavior trajectories, and\nthe precise recommendation system of tourism is constructed to provide support for tourism decision making. In this study, the ISO Quality Management System and the benefits of the standards of this\nsystem to the education sector are exemplified through two high schools. These standards are\nused in the first high school in the article which examines the benefits of ISO 9001\napplications to educational institutions, but not in the other. The general purpose of the study\nis to explain the benefits and effects of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System\nstandards to all ISO certified training institutions in the world. In the article, a comparative\nstudy has been carried out over 2 different high schools affiliated to the Ronaki Duhok\nEducation Company and the compliance of the standards and the benefits are provided to the\nreaders. According to the results of the analysis, it has been revealed with examples that ISO\n9001: 2015 contributes to education institutions in many positive ways....
